The Discovery package has all of the currently released Ambix features; you can choose to activate some or all of these, depending on the needs of your community.
Setting up your community’s Ambix is a simple process, however we need to collect some key information from you:
Who is licensing the Ambix system?
Please make sure we have your correct company name, if applicable, in your account details. This will be used to set up the End User License Agreement that your community members will accept when they first sign in to Ambix. You can see the full wording of this at the end of the Terms and Conditions document.
What URL do you want for your Ambix community?
We will normally use a shortened version of your company or community name, so the system will be found at yourcompany.ambix.io or yourcommunity.ambix.io If you’d prefer a different name, tell us in the ‘Additional Information’ section of the order form.
Send us your logos!
We will need:
- Transparent dark and light vector logos – one for the login screen (which can be any shape, but square looks great) and one for the top bar of the internal view (which should be horizontal)
- Background image min 1000 x 720 / max 1920 x 1080 – this sits behind the login screen and is opaque; an image with detail around the edges, not central, is ideal.
